Your Captain

A little bit about the Captain.

Captain Bill:

Captain Bill Moss was born in Los Angeles and grew up in the
beach town of Carpinteria CA. near Santa Barbara.
Bill was first certified as a SCUBA Diver in 1970 and is
a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer, TDI Instructor
and an Emergency First Response Instructor.
He holds a 100-Ton Coast Guard Masters License.
Bill is married to Maria who is also a SCUBA Diver,
a PADI Advance diver and is TDI Nitrox certified.
Bill comes from a long line of seafarers.
His Grandfather sailed tall ships from the homeport in Norway, to Ports of Call all over the world.
Carrying on with the long Viking tradition. he has gotten the call from the sea and has become the master of his own vessel.
The Hydro Diver is the official Dive Boat of the San Diego Law Enforcement Emerald Society.
